Alginate Oligosaccharide

Alginate Oligosaccharide

  • Environmental Protection: Yes
  • Certification: REACH
  • Color: White
  • Classification: Oligosaccharide
  • Appearance: Powder
  • Description

Using different degradation methods (acid degradation, enzyme degradation, oxidative degradation) to degrade algin, a series of algin oligosaccharides with polymerization degree below 20 can be obtained. It is a linear low polymer composed of β-D-polymanuronic acid (M) and α-L-polygururonic acid (G). There are three types of products: polymanuronic acid (PM), polygururonic acid (PG) and heterozygous alginosaccharide (PMG).
characteristic
Algin oligosaccharides are light yellow brown powder, soluble in water and stable. Algin oligosaccharides have many biological functions and are widely used in medicine, food, daily chemical, feed and agriculture

Function
